Mrs. Louise Sanders
PE Teacher / Athletic Director
I am from Buffalo, NY and began my love of sports at very young age. After competing in Tennis, Volleyball and Soccer in High School. I was recruited for the women’s Soccer team and competed at Buffalo State College where I graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice and
Psychology. Upon graduating, I moved to Phoenix, AZ and started my career in the marine industry. While there, Ice Hockey was my passion
as I became the goalie in a highly competitive men’s league. The thrill of competition and breaking down barriers for women in sports has long been one of my passions. My career took me to Georgia where I met my husband Greg, and I started my own marine dealership. I expanded my love of sports with a move to powerboat racing, where we won the World Championship in 2002. Our family then moved and fell in love with Beaufort and the Lowcountry. St. Peter’s became our home and has been a rewarding experience for both us, and our son Jackson (now 6th grade). In 2016, I became the soccer coach for St. Peter’s and loved teaching and coaching our amazing team. I look forward to a new year at St. Peter’s and helping the students grow physically, mentally and spiritually
